A few small fixes, updated PHP, added line breaks into MChat.

Added an Owncast player to the site and the ability for users to stream through it. Replaced followers with friends and a new friend request system, and migrated previous mutual followers over to the new system. Make the "write on guestbook" thing a lot more visible and obvious since I've probably lost count of the amount of people who told me they couldn't find it, and also made it so that you're notified of replies on your guestbook posts. Added a search bar to the chat archive, with the ability to jump to the message's location in the chat.

Started up DELUOODETOBER, which will run for 5 days. Added our very own highly intelligent chatbot, Amadeus, who will report the latest news on all matters pertaining to Upa movement (duels, lottery wins, etc.) and also has a new special /roulette command. Image cropper that exists for custom waifus now also applies to avatars. Added the sortable friends panel option, and fixed a small bug pertaning to its integration into the profile layouts.
