General Chat Thread

The idea for this thread is to basically just house innocuous discussion of all kinds. If something's on your mind but you don't think it warrants a new thread, talk about it here. Whether it's about your neighbor's dog getting loose, what you ate for dinner, how your day went, the imprint left on your big toe from stepping on a lego brick or about the Organisation targeting you with electromagnetic waves (again) it belongs here. Basically the point of this thread is that it has no point and can allow for unusual interactions between users, thus is the brilliance in such a thing.

I suppose I'll start off with the fact that I live in a hellish climate and it's already getting absolutely brutal outside. I just downright loathe summer. The blinding light, the heat, the humidity, the bugs, fuck me I hate all of it (except the storms those are cool). I get this strong sense of dread around this time of the year because where I am it's half a year of nonstop 90-100+ degree heat indexes and you know that it's just getting started, we're many months away from presentable weather. Why did I have to be born here man...


People make jokes about the UK being rainy and cloudy all year but that is 100x preferable to whatever the fuck this shit is. I yearn to return home...
