I listened through the album, enjoyed it, searched it up on Bandcamp and couldn't find anything! This seems to be a ghost band with only this video and a page on progarchives as proof of its digital existence! So, I have taken the effort to make an unofficial digital release. If there are other preferable alternatives to google drive, do let me know. I sperged a bit on the chat yesterday, but let me expand. As someone who considers himself pretty knowledgeable in music, Chat Pile is the only modern band (read post social medias/smartphone) I still follow for the simple reason that they never made a lemon in their already large discography and single-handedly resurrected extreme rock (the kind that's only partly metal, like Korn's 1st album, Big Black and Swans)! And they achieved the latter feat while being a truly underground act, unlike Nirvana that still needed MTV and the horrible Nevermind made by/for DGC to pierce.

Today saw the release of Who Loves the Sun and it's another home run as far as I'm concerned. I also discovered their collab' with quote American primitivism icon Hayden Pedigo unquote Into the Earth Again from last year, a real underrated gem.

Finally, let me post my favourite thing from them, their 2nd EP Remove Your Skin Please (2019) where they still had that Dystopia pure despair energy going on.

Hey, In Utero was better but we're still talking about the only mainstream rock band which got Boredoms playing up on stage along them.

Nah, don't get me wrong, Kurt made a lot of efforts to speak about his influences. And both Bleach and In Utero are truly good. It's just Nevermind that's basically a decent A-side ("Breed" is boring and "Lithium" very overrated) with B-side being padding fodder (except maybe "Territorial Pissings") ruined by an horrible mix that only the raw Devonshire version manages to fix.

Only two weeks until summer ends, as autumn slowly seeps in... The best time of the year without a doubt, I'll be filling this thread with a lot of September-feeling music so that none of you miss it.

All of Yo La Tengo's work is perfect for this season, it's impressive really.

Also any mellow indie that's not extremely cold.

I watched the movie Collateral, I enjoyed it overall. My favorite part was the club shootout. I've been listening to the song that plays in that scene all day.
