Hither do the clergymen, physicians, and noble blood amongst us convene, to discourse upon Otaku matters not pertaining to SciADV, such as other visual novels, anime and manga.
Session 13 is in the books! We watched Needy Girl Overdose Episode 9 and Iria Zeiram The Animation. It was a fun session, and I hope to see all of you again next week. Something I've been thinking of is that it's probably about time for us to think about what we're going to watch episodically once Needy Girl ends. It's probably best if we go for something that's episodic, so that you don't have to have seen the previous episodes for it to make sense. Ideally the more influential the better.
I might set up a poll in this thread to vote on that, and we'll have it run for the next 3 weeks until NGO ends. If you guys have any suggestions for the show let me know, personally I like the idea of watching Urusei Yatsura with you all. We don't have to watch the entire thing, maybe I'll cut it off at 20-30 episodes then we'll pick a new one episode a week show to watch. Dunno, what do you all think?

The Otaku Oratory is ON today at 9 PM UTC, whereupon we will be watching The Tunnel to Summer, the Exit of Goodbyes and Koe de Oshigoto. It will be taking place in Gikopoi's fireplace room, as per usual. Be there or be square!
Finished up another session. Had a lot of fun with this one, lot of people showed up too which was nice. We watched Needy Girl ep 10, Tunnel of Summer and Koe De Oshigoto. The latter is probably one of the funniest things I've ever seen and if you missed it it's definitely worth watching on your own time. Nominations are now open, our backlog is beginning to run low so we could use some more nominees.
