I don't think I like the idea of someone ceding their entire country to someone else. If you insist then, since it's technically not against the rules I can allow it, but a lot of RISK maps had rules against ceding any territory at all because of people abusing stuff like this. Which I like people being able to cede land for RP reasons, so I'd hate to have to ban or arbitrarily limit it next time we play. How about just ceding Germany and Poland instead for something more realistic? Perhaps a 3 country limit would be best, in-line with the other rule.

I just picked those countries because they are most proximate to East Memphis. Though really even Poland is a bit silly given the border situation. Just looked through my RISK folder though and here's an example I found of one banning territorial cessions outright.

Hyperborea will cede Germany and Poland to Memphis and Moldova and western Ukraine to Yugoslavia, end its alliance with Memphis, and then re-invade Belarus

That decision might be difficult to make, but Yuriev would 100% prefer white Communists rule Europe than let the Baron's mongoloid hordes ravage the continent
