Been having fun with Sonic Racing Crossworlds lately, not sure if anyone else here plays it but let me know if you do. I bought it back in December but put it down after about 7 hours because I thought the item balancing online was fucky (it is), but have been having a good time in time trials now that I know what the gadget meta is.
I think I might try grinding some tracks down for leaderboard placement, my favourites are probably Mystic Ruins, Apotos, Coral Town, The Highway one and that casino crossworld is pretty cool too. Kind of crazy how much higher quality the crossworld tracks are when compared with Mario Kart World's highways. But anyway here's a progress report!
The famously banned in Australia Crackhead Simulator a.k.a. Postal 2. The gameplay's surprisingly better than I expected and I don't think I have to explain how simple yet great the humor is, especially with today's Joe Lieberman epidemic.
Can't believe I got a time like this so quickly in Crossworlds, with less than 50 hours of total playtime. This ranks 7th worldwide on the Super Sonic Speed leaderboards, as you can see at the end of the video. Moving on to other tracks for now because I still don't understand a lot of things about how the game works yet but very proud to accomplish this, even if the Super Sonic leaderboards are likely less optimised.
Just started Wario World last night. Having fun with it. Very vibrant colors and plays kinda like the Switch U-less man’s DK Bananza. I’ve played a few levels of the game before, but I’ve never beaten it. It’s a relatively short game, but I kind of like the format of having few levels with lots of collectables in the levels so far. The Sunshine-esque puzzle worlds are neat. So far, I’ve completed everything in world 1.

100%'d Wario World. It was a lot of fun. I love the level design in this game. Honestly, I appreciate its short length because it doesn’t drag on longer than it needs to. Probably wouldn’t have wanted to spend 50 buckaroonies on it back in the day though for the amount of content it has. Also, the final boss is way too easy, like everyone else says online. The Japanese version released later and added a second phase to improve this, but too bad it never made its way to the North American version.
Up next is something I've been telling myself to play for a long while now, Yume Nikki.

I have been wanting to get into the sudaverse for a while now, so I ended up using the summer sale as an excuse to buy the Silver Case bundle. I'm still only on the 3rd chapter for now but so far I've been loving it. Really cool presentation that mixes 2d art and 3d environments that you can explore to make some really interesting visuals.
Definitely recommend anyone to give it a chance, especially now since it should still be going for really cheap.
