Webcomics! The proud medium of the comic book, adapted for the digital era. Throughout the years I have stumbled upon some amazing webcomics that never got enough traction. I'm sure you might have as well! Many new manga series started off as webcomics (Smoking Behind the Supermarket, and The Helpful Fox Senko-san come to mind). Given that, I imagine both Eastern and Western webcomics could fit well here.
If any webcomics catch our eye and become a thing people really want to discuss at length I'm sure they could get their own thread, but until then, let us start by opening the floor to webcomics discussions to begin with. Are there any you would like to share with the class, Deluoodes? (Deluoodes? Deluoosions? Labmems? What would be the term for Deluoode forum members?)

Have any of you heard of 'ADA' by Hushabye Valley? It's a story about two really exhausted scientists tasked with analysing an alien egg. At one point one of the two scientists gets so frustrated by everything she just throws her respirator mask at the egg, causing it to hatch. Inside we find our titular alien girl, ad-6-0001a, or Ada! The character designs are so cute, especially Ada's.

The comic was started a while back. The first Episode was published in 2021, but the comic slowed to a crawl, as I think the creator has a bunch of personal stuff going on, but a new episode was put up this march on WebToons after a 3 year hiatus! As far as I can see, it's a few episodes further ahead on the Patreon, so I'm hoping we will see more in due time. There are so many good pieces of concept art for it I could fill May's server with, but I'll restrain myself for now. Go give it a read when you have the time! Very adorable story with beautiful art!

Woah! This looks really cool! I'll have to check it out!
My recommendation is a recent, currently rather short webcomic called Fractal Fables. It's written by a YouTuber whose videos I like and drawn by his friend, but it went into hiatus because that YouTuber went to go fight in Ukraine lol
